In line with the government’s advice on reducing social contact, Stewartry Rugby Club has taken the difficult decision to suspend public access to the gym from tomorrow (Thursday 19th March 2020 from 9am) onwards.
We will be reviewing this decision fortnightly until we can re-open safely.
Our priority has and always will be the Health and Wellbeing of the community that we serve and that pledge has shaped this decision.
“The Shed” offers a home for two local Personal Trainers and we will be working with them in the coming days to make sure we can support them during this difficult time with bespoke access to the grounds and facilities.
At this time it is important to maintain your general health and fitness. We will be constantly looking at options to continue to offer a service to our membership but to ensure safety throughout. We will publicise any alternatives that we can in the coming weeks that follow this closure.
